Breathtaking 1980s party dress in cobalt blue silk taffeta. By luxe bohemian LA designer Holly Harp. Glorious silk taffeta flower garlands adorn the neckline and dropped shoulder sleeves. More beautiful flowers adorn the hip and nip in the waist. The skirt is tiers of scallop edged ruffles. Bodice is princess seamed for shaping and a secure fit. The color is the lush cobalt blue you see on the model. The silk taffeta is fine and soft and makes a beautiful rustling sound when you move. Divine!
This is such an amazing dress, the skirt is convertible. The bottom tier can be removed for a mini length dress of two tiers. The bottom tier is attached with velcro making it super easy to change the dress. This is the original design and it is very well tailored.

The flat measurements in the product description are the actual measurements of the garment when laid flat. Double the chest, waist and hip measurements for an idea of fit. Please remember to allow a little "space" in a garment beyond your body measurements for ease and a good fit.
