Excellent condition, only note a little dye change~ one edge of the ruffle, and a few minor spots of dye change hidden in the folds of pleats. A little faint color change on the back of the collar. The blue dye goes a little pinkish in the places it's changed color. Not as noticeable in person as in the photos. No damage or staining. Clean and ready to wear

The flat measurements in the product description are the actual measurements of the garment when laid flat. Double the chest, waist and hip measurements for an idea of fit. Please remember to allow a little "space" in a garment beyond your body measurements for ease and a good fit.
