- Art Deco ivory satin wedding dress handmade in 1938
- Beautiful pleating flatters the bust with Deco lines
- Empire waist, bias cut through the body
- Puff sleeves with strong shoulders. The sleeves finish in a point over the hand and have covered buttons at the wrist
- Elegant chapel length train adds extra vintage glamour with a hidden loop so you can carry the end in your hand
- Covered buttons down the back of the dress

- Flat Measurements~ Shoulders 12.5" Chest 16-17" Waist 13-14" Hip 17-18" Length 54" Length of train 27" Sleeve 28" Inner sleeve seam length from armhole seam to cuff 17.5"
- Best fit size extra small, height 5'4" and under
- Although there is gentle stretch in the bust and waist, the empire waist seam and shoulders are not stretchy. Originally made for a size XXS-XS.
- The mannequin measures chest 33" waist 24" hip 34". It is approx the height of a 5'6" tall person wearing heels
- Very good condition with no significant damage, staining or alterations. The pearl embellishments are exact replicas remade by hand to match the originals, which were damaged by age. There are scattered minor abrasions to the satin throughout, as is common with 1930s satin gowns. Freshly cleaned, restored and ready to wear

The flat measurements in the product description are the actual measurements of the garment when laid flat. Double the chest, waist and hip measurements for an idea of fit. Please remember to allow a little "space" in a garment beyond your body measurements for ease and a good fit.
