Good condition. There is a small stain on the inside of the neckline of the blue slip (see photo of label). It's not visible when the dress is worn. Scattered pulls and a few pinholes to the lilac over dress ( see photo for example). Otherwise in great condition. Clean and ready to wear

The flat measurements in the product description are the actual measurements of the garment when laid flat. Double the chest, waist and hip measurements for an idea of fit. Please remember to allow a little "space" in a garment beyond your body measurements for ease and a good fit.
